Rahat Hasan obtained 1st class honours with Distinction in BEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering from London South Bank University, UK and is currently working towards his PhD at University of Waikato, New Zealand. From 2011–2012, he worked at Visteon Engineering Services LTD, UK as a Software Validation Engineer. He is interested in working with sensors and AI.
Tyler Crabtree studies a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering (BE(Hons)) at Waikato University, currently in his 3rd-year. He has a passion for how electronic devices operate, and most importantly system control. The idea and concept of sustainable energy as well as home automation sparks interest within him.

Daniel Wood is a 3rd year student at the University of Waikato, where he is studying a Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences. He has previously worked as a game developer, and has experience with web apps and embedded systems
Mohammed Kariri studies towards Bachelor of Engineering with Honours majoring in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Sustainability and Energy Developments at the University of Waikato.
